The BEST WESTERN Palatin Congress Hotel once again coveted the award "Top Rated Hotels 2011". More than 500 guests who have booked via hotel.de rated with more than 8 out of 10 possible points. Particularly praised the guests the excellent breakfast buffet, lots of free extras such as W-Lan and the bottle of water in the room and the friendliness of the staff in all departments. The 444 guests who booked via hotel.de rated the house with more than 8 of 10 possible points. Particularly praised were the rich breakfast buffet, the friendly staff and complimentary services such as wireless and the bottle water in the room.
The BEST WESTERN Palatin is TOP: At this year's choice of the best conference hotels in Germany the BEST WESTERN Palatin won the 14th place in the category Congress. The award is presented annually in six categories.
The awards were forgiven for the ninth time and are the result of a vote from customers.

Every year 20,000 qualified voters from all around the country vote for the "Best Conference Hotels in Germany" in six categories. Many conference hotels apply hoping to win one of the coveted nominations every year.
The winners and runners up in the categories seminar, conference, meeting, exams, congress and event were honored at the annual award ceremony held on 20 September, 2009 at the Mercure Hotel in Krefeld.

Ratings were given in the categories price/performance, room quality, cleanliness, friendliness, competence of personnel and breakfast/catering.

During the election of the "Select conference hotels in Germany" BEST WESTERN Palatin Congress Hotel came in 14th place.
The "Grand Prix of select conference and feel-good hotels has been awarded for 15 years and is known as one of the most important quality seals on the German conference market. The award competition is based on the book "Select feel-good conference hotels".
Those wanting to be admitted to the select group must apply and go through an extensive selection process. The hotels that are ultimately selected are visited by the author of the book. The author then inspects the hotel for feel-good criteria and decides whether or not to accept the hotel. In 2010, 274 hotels submitted themselves to the selection process.
The 15th Grand Prix took place on 6 February, 2010 at the Maritim Hotel in Stuttgart. The BEST WESTERN Palatin Congress Hotel in Wiesloch participated in category B – hotels with more than 100 rooms – and managed to come in at 14th place.
